Shipwreck dive in the Bermuda Triangle
ACTIVITY JUNKIES

May 01 to Sep 30 - $225
From finding 150-year-old unopened bottles of wine to a 500ft behemoth that was used for target practice in World War II; The bountiful shipwrecks (and plane wrecks) not only make for good diving & snorkeling experiences but are also very entertaining to read about. I personally love old shipwreck dives because the time allows for nature to take a firm grasp of the environment and totally take over. Coral loves shipwrecks, small fish love coral, bigger fish love small fish, and I love them all. (Price includes 2 dives and gear rentals)

Hang Gliding Alps, Switzerland
ACTIVITY JUNKIES

Jun 01 to Aug 31 - $270
Hang gliding is like paragliding but you are horizontal in a sort of flying position. The flights for tourists last 15-20 minutes long, but for more experienced flyers, 'thermals' (upward wind due to thermal imbalances) can extend a flight past 30 minutes. Why not try this over the alps and pretend like you're a Swiss bird for a day?

Sequoia National Park California, USA
BEST TIME

May 15 to Sep 30 - $35
The Sequoia trees can grow to an absolutely staggering 26 stories... They are the largest trees in the world by volume and I can personally attest to the fact that they are magically large. Every time I get to a new city I look up at the otherworldly skyscrapers and I marveled at the trees in this national park in the exact same fashion. You gotta check this out at some point. It is on my recommended bucket list.

Puerto Vallarta Mexico
CHEAPEST TIME

May 01 to Oct 31 - $Varies
Destination towns and cities in Mexico have been skyrocketing in price as they have learned that Americans will pay top dollar for a getaway that has all of their creature comforts BUT if those Americans go off-season (when it's really hot) they don't need to pay the exorbitant inflated prices of recent times. Snag up an Airbnb or a nice hotel for a good discount if you are able to handle to sun rays.

What better way to explore a canyon is there than to ride a raft in the river, emmersed in the powerful stream that sculpted the rock walls into what they are today. From 1 day trips ($700) to 3.5 day trips ($2,100) to 2 week long adventures ($6,100), you can overfill your cup of desire. There's over 70 different rated rapids along the route. Heads up the water is quite chilly at ~45F all year round.

Miami USA
CHEAPEST TIME

Jun 01 to Sep 30 - $Varies
Synonomous with yacht parties, hot beaches, a special white substance and latina overload, Miami is a fun capital for nightlife and high end hotels & dinners. That all comes at a cost, but you could get the same for cheaper if you remember to lather the sunscreen. August is really hot in Miami, but you can cool off in the ocean or one of the many pools at the pool parties.

Montreal Canada
BEST TIME

Jun 01 to Sep 30 - $Varies
Having taken a semester at McGill during the winter, I can tell you that you probably want to be there over the summer. The winter is COLD. It's a really cool city though with a great culture and a wonderful park. Make sure you hike Mount Royal at sunrise to see an incredible view of the cityscape. In August there are a couple of festivals and stuff going on.
